So my wife and I decided to start looking for a house in spring 2015. We juggled who we should go with, as you know everyone says their Realtor is the best etc etc. My father bought a house in fall 2014 and told me about Josh. We met at his office in Blair a few weeks later and discussed our wants and needs, the atmosphere was relaxed and very casual. We started looking at houses with Josh as first time home buyers started getting our feet wet in the real estate market. Josh made himself available for myself and my wife whenever possible. As a nurse working shift work this was a major bonus. After 27 houses, we found THE ONE we knew it the moment we walked in the door. That evening the Ms and I talked about it until 21h00. At 22h30 we met Josh at the IKEA by Pinecrest and signed the offer for our house on the hood of his car having given him 15 minutes notice. 

If that doesn't show commitment and dedication please keep in mind his wife was 2-3 weeks from giving birth. 
THE MAN DROPPED EVERYTHING to accommodate us. We couldn't recommend him enough and when the time comes for us to purchase our income property and then our second home he will be the only person I consult.

Josh was amazing and super patient during our house hunting. We spent over a year looking for a house at all different ends of the city. He always came with a smile on and ready to show us whatever we wanted to see. I would and do recommend Josh to everyone needing a realtor.

As a first time home buyer, I really had no idea what I was doing. Josh was really helpful in answering all of my questions and referring me to great people to help throughout the process. He was always extremely quick in setting up viewings at any property I requested, and was happy to pick me up to take me around to all of them. I am pretty indecisive, so he happily took me back to some of the same places again when I wanted a second look. Soon enough I had found my home, and he referred me to a great mortgage broker, set up and attended my inspection with me, and referred me to a lawyer. What really stands out is that the property had required some small repairs that were to be completed before the closing date, and he followed up regularly with the owner to ensure those repairs were completed and always kept me updated on the status. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in purchasing my first home, and most of that can be accredited to Josh. 

We bought our house with Josh Peeters in the spring of 2015. It was our first house and like all first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and concerns throughout the entire process. Josh was professional and patient the entire time and must've showed us 30 or 40 houses over several months while we found the right house. 

We had given Josh our set of "wants" and "needs" and he had helped us search for the right one. After about a month of looking, we had found one that suited us and got an inspection. Luckily for us, the inspector Josh recommended found some hidden issue's and we decided to walk away from the purchase. Without that knowledge, we wouldn't have bought the house we're living in today. So we started over, from scratch, and Josh found us our current home, which is a better fit than the original one was in the first place! His patience, professionalism and friendliness are what sets Josh aside from his competition.

I’ve known Josh for a long time and when I decided to buy a house and sell my existing home, I knew I would contact Josh for this project.  Over the years I saw that he was personable and hard working with a passion for real estate.

Josh was beyond patient while helping us look at some 30+ homes until we found the perfect fit. He sold our condo in less than 2 months while 6 other units were also available. His friendly demeanor and humor make looking at houses a less stressful task... and he was genuinely thrilled for us when we found our dream home! Although we don't plan on moving for a VERY long time I'm hoping he'll still be around when we decide to purchase our next home. It wasn’t until we were in contact with Josh that he ended up finding our dream home that we never would have found on our own.  He was patient in answering all of our questions and showed us lots of comparable homes to solidify the fact that this home was the one.  At the same time as finding our dream home Josh also helped us find the best possible tenants for the house we kept as a rental property and did all the leg work for us.  We are now in a home and area we love and the tenants have worked out great at our other property.  We could not have done it all without Josh’s expertise and hard work!
