UW and City of Waterloo - Student Housing Presentation - Including Vacancy Report
At the last WRAMA Meeting, Tanja Curic, with The City of Waterloo,and Ryan King from the University of Waterloo, did a superb presentation on Waterloo's student housing market. They defined the size of the market, looked at supply and demand, discussed trends and development, and estimated a vacancy rate. This has been the best study to date regarding the local student housing rental market. The data reflects the end of 2014.
